Final actions
After the diploma exam, which finishes your studies at Warsaw University of Technology, you have to collect a number of signatures and stamps on a clearance slip, which is now electronic document created by the Dean's Office during the preparations to the final exam. Didactic Secretariat signs the clearance slip after the exam (after consultation with the student's supervisor). The diploma is collected at the Department of Studies - Rektorska St. 4, room 0.12 (email: ewidencja.dss@pw.edu.pl phone: 234 7381, 234 7604) Monday, Thursday 9:00 - 15:30 Tuesday, Friday 9:00 - 13:00 Certificates of completion of studies, period of studies, for ZUS are issued at the request of the graduate/former student by the Archives of the Warsaw University of Technology - Rektorska St. 2, room 55 (email: archiwum@pw.edu.pl phone: 234 7403, 234 7455, 234 5639)
