The talk will give an introduction to the manufacturing processes of semiconductor technology with focus to the data that is generated along this process chain. Further, the system architecture for data collection will be shown. Based on this information different use cases on state of the art artificial intelligence applications will be shown to demonstrate how value can be generated out of the combination of industrial IOT architectures and smart algorithms.
